Our Framework
The EDJE Framework provides a structured approach for Colleges of Education to assess and transform their policies, practices, and cultures in order to advance justice and equity in education. It outlines priority areas across governance, teaching and learning, faculty and staff, and partnerships, encouraging institutions to critically examine inequities at individual, institutional, and ideological levels.
